We provide educational courses for beginners about cryptocurrencies and general information on how to engage with them. We assume no responsibility for your use of the information provided through the Services. Investments, including cryptocurrency trading, involve significant risks, and it is solely your responsibility to assess and manage those risks.

7. REFUNDS POLICY

If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase of the content by contacting us at info@ganymede-media.com. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a notable amount of the content that you want to refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services.

Please note that this applies to paid courses only and does not apply to the Community which has a monthly subscription.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).

Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone. Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.

Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule, in particular sections 19 or 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and its subordinate legislation (each as amended).

Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.

Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.

Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.

Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Legal Terms, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By submitting content to us, you retain ownership of your contributions but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use the content. You remain solely responsible for your contributions.

Reviews must reflect honest opinions based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates our guidelines.
